Cancellation & Late Policy
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. Thank you for helping us keep a smooth schedule and provide the best service for everyone.
